Step 1: Go to http://www.minecraft.net then download
Step 2: Download minecraft-server.exe at the bottom of the page or use this link: http://adf.ly/2UvfG
Step 3: Save it in a folder, like a folder named minecraft server
Step 4: Run the minecraft-server.exe and let it finish spawning the world
Step 5: Once it finishes type in the log/chat box stop
Step 6: Now open up the minecraft server properties file as notepad
Step 7: Change online-mode to false instead of having it online
Step 8: Now for the server ip you have to open up cmd (By Clickin Start Then Run And Typing In cmd or In Accessories)
Step 9: Type in ipconfig and it will show lots of addresses, but the one you will use is IP or IPV4 (depending on your computer/network)
Step 10: Now since you know your ip address type it in the server ip in the server properties file
Step 11: Now just run the server, and play on your minecraft launcher.
